AWARENESS IN SCHOOLS

Road Safety Prevention | Accessibilities & Physical Disability

The awareness of younger generations towards road safety is an activity of extreme importance, because today’s youngsters will become tomorrow’s drivers, so they ought to be aware of the driving dangers, as well as of the roadway accidents consequences.

It’s also important to advertise among the younger ones, the troubles regarding physical accessibilities in public spaces and buildings which come as constraints to citizens carrying physical disabilities, the elderly ones, and those with reduced or conditioned mobility, to take an autonomous and active role in our society.

It’s fundamental to send our youth a positive message about the disabled ones, generally, and physical disabled ones, in particular.

Associação Salvador intends to give an incentive for youngsters to take scholar projects on these subjects: Road Safety, Accessibilities and Physical Disability.

We’ve launched this challenge to all HIGHSCHOOLS!

BEST PROJECT AWARD

With the intention of stimulating the participation of a greater number of students in this action, the prize of a 1.000€ Continente gift card will be given to the group of students presenting the best project national wide.
